The position will provide administrative support across the business through:

  • being the key point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
  • general administration such as binding, filing, typing, collection mail, and stationery orders.
  • providinng general correspondence for senior management
  • assisting with maintaining company website and social media accounts


You bring:

An interest in administration, you are proactive, inquisitive and enjoy assisting others, you have:

  • Experience in MS Office (sound typing speed and accuracy)
  • Exposure to working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to prioritise work, or be confident to ask
  • Desire to assist across the business
  • Positive can do attitude
