Office Administration Support – 2 days per week

The position will provide administrative support across the business through:
- being the key point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
- general administration such as binding, filing, typing, collection mail, and stationery orders.
- providinng general correspondence for senior management
- assisting with maintaining company website and social media accounts
An interest in administration, you are proactive, inquisitive and enjoy assisting others, you have:
- Experience in MS Office (sound typing speed and accuracy)
- Exposure to working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to prioritise work, or be confident to ask
- Desire to assist across the business
- Positive can do attitude
