Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage rebate process efficiently and execute payments as per signed agreements
  • To come up with improvements in the rebate process
  • Rebates Report development, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Reviewing and providing approve/deny business rebate claim proposals as required
  • Deals & Pricing – ensure that the deals and price changes are entered in a timely manner.
  • Trouble shoot any issues in STaRs and make any enhancement as necessary for business
  • Reviewing pricing proposals with respect to marketing guidance and business objectives
  • Collecting relevant information to support quality pricing decisions and present analysis
  • Act as the point person for providing new reporting solutions in response to changing business needs
  • Key is to continuously identify improvements to data capture/manipulation, information delivery, & report design
  • Assist with technology improvements as required
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy, demonstrate this via appropriate data reconciliations
  • Assist in month end closing with the preparation of required journals and sales reports
  • Business partnering in improving SOX compliance and overall compliance with policies and procedures 
  • Adhoc projects as required

About You:

To apply you will need to demonstrate the following: 

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in a Pricing/Rebates Analytics role within a sales and marketing, distribution or operations environment
  • General Accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Extensive experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience working within a multi-national corporate structure
