Description 

Prospectors have a key focus on generating and nurturing a new client’s needs so the lead agent can assist them with their property requirements. 

To excel in this role, you need to have a self-starting work ethic, a mature phone mannerism and a solution-based outlook to help each person you speak with. 

Whilst nurturing ongoing relationships and maintaining all contact records within the CRM.  

Tasks 

• Calling contacts within our CRM system
• Updating data withing our CRM 
• Door knocking
• Attending Buyer Inspections
• Attending listing presentations and appraisals with the lead agent
• Attending agents open homes
• Booking Appraisals
• Attending ongoing training
• BDM Training 

Aim 

• Increase Sales Team appraisals 
• Increase Property Management Leads
• Increase Relationships and data with property owners within the agency business development area. 
• Learn and increase skills and ability around prospecting
• Hit KPI Targets so can promote to Sales Associate Position
