The Agency:
Our client is an A-grade brand with an exceptional reputation in North Lakes, Brisbane. They have built a fantastic business based on great customer service, a wealth of market knowledge, and professionalism. They are one of the most respected agencies in their area and they are currently looking for a standout Property Manager to join their fun and vibrant team.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 properties with Leasing and VA support 
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Rental reviews
• Arrears management 
• Maintenance & repairs
• Bond lodgements and refunds
• Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents
• Water invoicing
• Minor – entry, exit & routine inspections and reporting
• Cloud-based software 
• $60,000 – $70,000 + superannuation depending on experience

• CURRENT Certificate of registration – essential 
• 1.5+ years of experience in Property Management  
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Well-presented
• Valid driver’s license
