A fantastic opportunity is on offer in our LJ Hooker Avalon office. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience.
The right candidate will be a committed, well presented professional who will without a doubt benefit from the stability this role offers. The job offers ongoing inhouse training and career progression.

- Possession of Assistant Agent Certificate
- Current driver’s licence
- Knowledge of current legislation
- Be proficient in the use of Property Management software
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle a portfolio of properties and work within a team of staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus & conflict resolution skills
