The Role: 

• Reporting to the Head of Department who is fun to work with, engaging & wants you to succeed
• End to end property management of 75 x properties located within 10 x minutes of the office  
• Sign-up new tenants 
• Conduct home opens
• Coordinating maintenance work orders
• PCR’s are outsourced

The Criteria

• Previous experience in property management 
• Property Management Registration is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A fun-loving personality & sense of humor
