Project Sales Co-Ordinator – Manufacturing Industry supplying Construction/Housing Sector

 

At Centurion Systems, based in the ACT and region, we’re URGENTLY looking for an entrepreneurial all-rounder who can assist our General Manager to expand the business. It’s a hands-on role from the prospecting stage right through to project completion.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong Estimating experience – good knowledge & interpreting building plans will be highly regarded.
  • General knowledge of the construction industry tender process and all that is required to pitch the proposal and then handle all follow-up requirements including measuring and marking floor plans, elevations and balustrade styles (but relax, our fully developed systems will assist you tremendously as will our induction & training programs)       
  • Strong administrative and Organization Skills 
  • Excellent computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Outlook, knowledge of Pipe Drive and BlueBeam an advantage  
  • Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is integral to the role
  • Personality & confidence to engage with Architects, Builders, Project Managers & Tradespeople on a regular and continuing basis
  • Good communication skills on Phone/emails etc  
  • Of benefit to us but not essential  
    • Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing Industries
    • Practically minded, understanding of how things work/built/installed etc.
