Principal Project Manager Knowledge Management


Job Brief:

• Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources 
• Oversee all aspects of complex projects, including preparing business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, in line with the Agency project management methodology
• Implement strategies for evaluation of projects, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, and project impact and quality measures.

• Lead and manage project team/s, including internal and external project staff, 

• Manage stakeholder relationships 


• Establish a framework for the identification and management of organisational knowledge and intellectual property.
• Develop, implement, and maintain best-practice knowledge management procedures and control systems, plans and policies.
• Develop review procedures, systems, plans and policies 

• Develop and deliver knowledge management training, education, and awareness programs 

• Provide specialist advice to the PATH Shared Services Directors on knowledge management issues and opportunities.
• Determine the role of various knowledge delivery mechanisms (e.g. templates, intranet, policies, email) and appropriate method for information to be delivered to staff to maximise use and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering technical training.
• Experience writing technical documentation and preparing technical resources.
