The Role

ICON is seeking a Project Manager who has a strong background in the management of offshore engineering design and installation projects in particular experience with installation of subsea infrastructure.

Your Profile           

Essential

The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualities: 

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
  • 8+ years of relevant Oil and Gas experience
  • Proven capability of managing medium sized projects up to $5m in value, including budget control and delivering within project schedules
  • Comprehensive understanding of design processes, onshore fabrication construction, offshore transportation and installation methods
  • Responsible for coordinating the production of deliverables including calculations, specifications, procedures and managing 3rd party submissions and inspections
  • Innovative approach to problem solving / concept development
  • Experience with design/installation of subsea structures 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DNV, API and AISC Codes
  • Offshore site experience supervising offshore personnel in project execution
  • Customer Relationship Management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
