This contractor is recognised as one of Victoria’s leading Civil Construction businesses, who operate in the land development and infrastructure markets. They have grown their business organically over a number of decades and are now one of the largest employers in the marketplace. They are now seeking to employ multiple Project Engineers & Managers to deliver land development/subdivision projects in Melbourne’s West and North. 

Roles
As a Project Engineer or Project Manager you will be responsible for the management for the delivery of subdivision projects which may include multiple stages or site’s (depending upon size/complexity).  As a key member of the delivery team, you will interface with clients/consultants/service providers with your responsibilities including; contracts administration, programming of works, management of subcontractors, quality control, cost forecasting and coordination of plant/labour/materials.

Background
As a Project Engineer or Project Manager, we are looking for candidates who have a demonstrable history in the delivery of infrastructure projects with subdivision experience a massive plus. Roles require candidates with excellent communication skills, tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and great commercial skills.
