Production Line Leader

Job Location: Melbourne Eastern Suburbs

$60,000 – $64,999 + Super + OT

• Monday – Thursday 6am-4pm
• $60-65K + Super + OT

• Previous Line Leader experience within food industry

This well established food manufacturer has entered an exciting growth phase.  We are  looking for an experienced Production Line Leader to provide direction in areas such as safety, quality and production output.

Having a strong mechanical aptitude will allow you to take ownership of re-configuring,  troubleshooting and fault finding machines such as mincers, mixers, fillers and flow wrappers. 

This is a hands on role where you will be following specific recipes and preparing all ingredients for the the mix / production run.

Working with a small team of between 5-8 people you will motivate and monitor performance as well as ensure appropriate standard operating procedures are followed.
