As a procurement analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide end to end RFx management support using Ariba:
  • Assist the business units to prepare RFx documentation
  • Manage supplier communication
  • Define evaluation criteria
  • Facilitate supplier workshops
  • Finalise evaluation report

Description

Your key responsibilities will be:

Commercial and Contractual Support:

* Interpret and respond contractual T&Cs enquires to support business units (low and medium complexity)

* Negotiate and execute supplier contracts (low and medium complexity) on behalf of category teams

Process Improvement & Team Support:
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
* Administration to support team effectiveness e.g. meeting coordination, meeting documentation, preparing presentations, event bookings etc.

Risk Management:
* Demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and risk processes
* Follow appropriate process and governance to address all aspects of risk
* Ensure that you comply with Group policies and procedures and any relevant external legislative requirements

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to run IT and non IT sourcing events and contracts, understand the requirements from internal stakeholders and provide procurement support across other departments in the business.
