The Gig

We are looking for a Practice Solutions Consultant to join our phone-based SME Sales team whose mission is to help medical practices join our expanding Healthcare platform. 

Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, the purpose of this job is to sell subscription based products and services to General Practice and Allied Health Professionals. Playing a significant role in the customer journey for new practices, building rapport & trust quickly and ensuring successful onboarding & handover to our Customer Success & Support teams. 


Liaise with health care stakeholders to understand their requirements, and generate opportunities to bring them on as subscribers;

Achieve set acquisition targets and KPIs 

Positively impact the customer journey and ensure informed handover to our Customer Success team 

Maintain quality data in our CRM for timely, accurate reporting, and

Actively participate and contribute to personal and team growth.

You are smart, strong and passionate and always lead with head and heart. You are balanced; knowing how to have fun but how to focus and get sh*t done. 

You don’t need to be technical, but willing to learn. You know your way around a sales call and when we say ‘pipeline’, you know we are not talking about water supply.  

You speak openly, candidly and authentically to challenge yourself and others. You’re impact and results driven, with a ‘done is better than perfect’ attitude. You are a creative problem-solver, always seeking to find unique and valuable solutions. You are resilient and flourish in rapidly-changing agile environments. 

Experience you’ll bring:

Strong sales skills and a track record of customer acquisition success preferably in a phone/inside sales role

Confidence in performing outbound sales calls daily

A keen interest and ability in using sales tools and technology to improve performance

Ability to thrive in (and love!) our fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Experience in B2B or B2SMB sales important; online marketplaces and/or SAAS a bonus
