We are on the lookout for a self-motivated individual to join our retail team.

Our ideal candidate will be primarily responsible to process incoming orders from start to finish. You will maintain our current high level of customer satisfaction ensuring orders are correct and shipped in a timely manner.

We are a group of passionate people with varied and complementary skills looking for a team player to grow along with us in the business.

This position is a great starting point for someone who has a keen interest in Agriculture. You will build knowledge and gain experience towards becoming a senior member of our team.

Primary Duties Include:

• Receive orders for outgoing shipments: Pick correct merchandise then pack the orders for shipment as per company procedures and standards. Must handle inventory with care and attention to detail and process paperwork all in a timely manner.
• Retail sales of agricultural supplies, spare parts, tools and industrial supplies
• Receiving goods, tag/price products and stock shelves
• Assist with various warehouse duties
• Provide professional and efficient customer service in all counter, phone and email enquiries

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Enthusiastic and motivated team player who is organised and has the ability to multi-task
• Quick learner who shows initiative and thinks outside the square
• Ability to communicate well and diligently follow processes 
• Take ownership of your duties and proactively manage your workflow

Wages will be reflective on previous experience & skills.
