About the role

• Picking and packing product based on daily orders. 
• Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. 
• Keeping products separated, organised and in good rotation. 
• Operating various pieces of equipment (i.e. Pallet Wrapper, Pallet Jacks). 
• Following good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. 
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. 
• Useing designated freight system 

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.  
• A high level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. 
• Ability to motivate and engage team members to meet the team’s objectives. 
• Sound communication skills. 
• Ability to influence and work with a diverse range of people effectively. 
• Ability to mentor and develop team leaders/members. 
• Maintaining Strict Hygiene Standards.
