Quality Care Physiotherapist is a small, locally owned organisation on the Sunshine Coast.  We are currently seeking a casual or part time physiotherapist to join our friendly team to work in community based aged care.

Hours – up to 16 hours per week initially with potential for more hours ( view to full time if required).  Flexible days and times to suit your lifestyle

Location – Sunshine Coast 

Details 

• Assessment and implementation of treatment programs in aged care – community setting (predominantly through Home Care Packages)
• Communication with Case Managers regarding recommendations for ongoing physiotherapy and updates and reviews
• Liaise with team of physiotherapy and Allied Health Assistants
• Provide physiotherapy reviews for clients on a 3-4 monthly basis

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
• COVID-19 vaccinations by Dec 17th (as mandated by Qld Govt)
• Police Clearance
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Current driver’s licence and access to a car
• Minimum of two years physiotherapy experience
• Ability to work from home/ remotely – to write up case notes/ assessments etc
