Red Hill Day and Night Pharmacy is a well established pharmacy under the same ownership for 20 years – We have a team of experienced staff and regular loyal customers.  Our aim is to be the full service destination pharmacy for medication and health needs for our local community.  

 

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated pharmacy assistant with an interest in Natural and Alternative Healthcare in a professional and busy team environment.  This role will suit anyone who is friendly, self-motivated and customer focused.  Whilst experience is preferred, this is not essential, as training will be provided.

 

Your Role will Focus on:

• Actively assisting customers by providing service and solutions to their health ailments, providing exceptional customer service to build and retain our existing customer base
• Assisting with stock management
• Assisting with our store promotions
• Working with the owner and Retail Manager to ensure the pharmacy is operating smoothly
• Willing to undertake trainings and further professional development

 

Who we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and customer focused
• Have an eye for detail
• Organised and able to work to schedule
• Willing to learn new skills
• Have understanding of common IT software including Windows 10, MS Office
• Knowledge of Fred Dispense / Fred Office desirable but not essential
