Ballarat Health Services, proudly part of Grampians Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Care worker at James Thomas Court.

James Thomas Court is a 34 bed Aged Care Home and 15 Transitional care program clients within Ballarat Health Services. With a staffing model of Personal Care Assistants, Enrolled and Registered Nursing workforce. James Thomas Court prides itself on creating a homely environment, where resident feel safe and are encourage to maintain their independence.

We currently have a number of opportunities available, for full time and part time, please indicate upon application preference of hours.

Qualifications required:

  • Care Management Certificate III or IV in Residential Aged Care
  • Successful attainment of CHCCS305C – Assist Clients with Medication
  • Successful attainment of HLTFS207C – Follow Basic Food Safety Practices

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice and service delivery to our clients and their families.
