Due to the incredible growth of our agency, we are seeking a Full Time Personal Assistant to join our high-performance team and assist the Principal of the Agency in an administration capacity. The successful candidate will hold a current real estate sales certificate and encompass experience in a similar role.

About the opportunity:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the administration and marketing of property campaigns;
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors;
- Managing prospect lists for lead agents;
- Social media advertising;
- Executing the team business and marketing plans;
- Preparing and managing Form 6’s and contracts;
- Client relationship management;
- Diary management.
- CRM software knowledge and management
You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative administration team and you will also have the ability to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate will:
- Follow direction, as well as taking the initiative.
- Have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Be a team player and also have the ability to work autonomously.
- Have at least two yearsâ€™ experience in an administration role in real estate
Experience with Eagle will be held in high regard, but is not essential.
