We’re looking for an admin superstar who can provide tier one support to Australian and NZ employees via phone, email and face-to-face, as well as support for our people and culture team (including payroll).

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the key deliverables of the role are:

  • Recruitment admin (including using LinkedIn and Seek) and Onboarding
  • Managing probation process
  • Answering questions and providing tier one advice to employees throughout Australia and NZ, including managing our people inbox
  • Providing back-up and support for payroll
  • Maintaining our employee portal (ELMO), ensuring all data is accurate, including Performance Review and Planning process
  • Managing requisition and change-of-details workflows, through to contracts and letters
  • Building relationships throughout the business with a can-do attitude, and aim to resolve issues as and when they arise
  • Assisting in all cultural activities and initiatives

About You

Attitude is everything!  You may be at the start of your HR career or perhaps you just love organisation and admin.  Either way, you will bring a can-do attitude and a drive to get through your weekly to-do list.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in HR admin and/or payroll (or other admin experience as may be relevant)
  • Great excel skills
  • System and process minded
  • Personable and friendly
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Discrete and able to handle confidential information
  • Shows a high level of initiative
