People and Culture Advisor

• Part-time hours (32 hours per week), extended fixed term role to July 2023

About the role

An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and passionate HR Professional to join the HR Advisory team at Eastern Health. Reporting directly to the Business Partner Team Lead this role will be the first point of contact for general employee and EBA enquiries. The HR Advisor will provide high quality advice and service and will be accountable for the delivery of all HR processes related to variations for continued employment of Eastern Health employees.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR Administrator or novice HR Advisor who is looking for an opportunity to take the next step in a HR career.

About you 

 To be successful in this role you should possess:

• Qualifications (or currently studying) and/or experience working in Human Resources Administration or Advisory roles
• Experience working in the health industry (desirable)
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• An ability to consult and collaborate with others
• A good understanding of current EBAs and relevant legislation
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
