Part Time Administration Assistant

100% West Australian owned and operated, Premium Waste Management and Premium Allsands is a leader in waste management, resource recovery and recycling services throughout Western Australia.  

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our team in a job share role.  Located in Waroona, we are looking for candidates who are motivated and able to work rostered shifts over Monday to Saturday.  This is not an entry level role, so some site based administration experience is highly desirable.

The site is a Land fill / Sand Quarry, so appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.

ROLE:

  • Data entry & checking of incoming products, recycling materials  & client information
  • Processing eftpos payments
  • End of day reconciliation
  • Reports for customers and management team
  • Managing on site induction registers
  • Assist Head Office Administrators in site based tasks related to HR, Safety, Accounts, Payroll & Compliance
  • Ordering of office supplies & PPE
  • Providing product and services information as required
  • Answering phone calls & managing email queries
  • Use of Two Way Radio communication to operations team
  • Other administration tasks as required

HOURS: 

The hours will be discussed further with successful candidates, a minimum of 24hr/s week, including every Second Saturday.

SKILLS:

  • Basic skills in MYOB (Desirable)
  • Basic skills in MS Office suite
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Excellent time management
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • Confident phone manner
  • Previous experience in the waste management industry (Desirable)
