We have exciting opportunity’s open for someone to join our growing team – we are seeking individuals in Sydney and Newcastle. 

We are Specialised Wheelchair Company and we are dedicated to improving the lifestyle of people with disability by providing specialist assessment and personalised mobility and positioning solutions. We are currently looking for new team members to come on board and work within our newly established division, Specialised Paediatric Equipment. The division is quickly growing and the role will likely lead to a more senior role in the future.

This opportunity will give you access to the latest technology and equipment available to assist children living with a disability to achieve their potential. You will also have the opportunity to work with key members of the industry from day one and will be supported to attend regular training and development with the biggest equipment suppliers in Australia. 

You will love working with people, building relationships and have strong IT and oral communication skills. You will be able to work autonomously facilitating trials across the Sydney region and managing key relationships with all stake holders.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Taking referrals from therapists and facilitating equipment trials from our extensive stock of trial equipment
  • Maintaining a high standard of knowledge relating to the products you are trialing and demonstrating
  • Attaining a good understanding of client’s needs, providing solutions tailored to them
  • Providing quotations for assistive technology based on the assessment outcomes;
  • Proactive follow up of sales and networking – managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service

  • Strong IT and oral communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work in partnership and collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines;
  • Integrity, high levels of professionalism and attention to detail;
  • Superior problem solving skills;
  • Australian drivers licence and the right to work and live in Australia.???
