Following an organisational review, AlburyCity is offering a number of new roles in the People and Culture Team.
In your new role, you will:
- Recruit and retain the best talent through high-level orientation and onboarding processes
- Provide support, advice and coaching to employees and build a positive workplace culture
- Align organisational objectives and policies with employee performance and service delivery
- Identify, case manage, and resolve employee and industrial relations issues

You will need to have:
- Relevant degree and experience in HR or related discipline or less formal qualifications with substantial experience and specialist expertise in HR/IR fields
- Ability to accurately interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, awards and agreements.
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team environment to manage a range of competing priorities including sensitive issues according to deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to provide recruitment support and further build a high calibre workforce

This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will need to undergo a police check, medical screen and have a valid driver’s licence.
