Organisational Change Manager

Job Location: Melbourne
Employer: Ignite
$700 – $900 per day

We are working with a government owned organisation to seek an experienced Organisational Change Manager to develop, deliver and maintain effective organisational change strategies and supporting plans.

This is 12-month contract with possible extension.

Locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Brisbane

Key responsibilities:

• Assess change complexity and determine appropriate level of change support for each impacted group
• Conduct change impact assessments, formulate and implement change and adoption strategies
• Conduct organisational readiness and risk assessments for the program initiatives

Competencies and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Proven experience with organisational change on a substantial IT Program (with sub-projects and multiple streams of work)
