More about Growlife Medical
Growlife Medical is a team where patients go to find their long term family doctor. We believe in improving health through long term connection with our patients, by supporting families, and taking an active role to grow the strength of the community around the practice. Our clinicians have a strong interest in whole of life medicine, starting with a leading reputation in pregnancy and infant care. As the operations manager, you will play a crucial role; by improving business efficiency and systems you will support better health outcomes for our community.
How are we different? We are proudly doctor owned. As co-founders of Telehealth platform GPConsults, we have a digital philosophy to take the friction out patient care and business systems. In addition to routine general practice, we take innovation and new models of care seriously. You’ll be the business mind contributing to a shared vision with GPs, nurses, midwives, lactation consultants, allied health and paediatricians.
If you’re looking for a purpose beyond numbers, and want to contribute to a meaningful difference in society, our community building programs will appeal. In addition to our clinical services, we run free parents groups to support social connection amongst our patient base, groups programs from parenting to diabetes nutrition to music therapy. Our practice is an active participant in clinical trials, including a PHN funded pharmacist in general practice trial, and are foundation members of the UQ GP Research Network.
If you’re passionate about being part of a great team, and feeling inspired to grow a profitable business whilst creating social and health benefits, then Growlife Medical is the place for you.
