About the role, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day functions of our support services, promoting a culture of quality service provision and service excellence
  • Providing strong, supportive and consultative leadership and supervision to the Operations team and frontline support workers
  • Utilise a best practice and continuous improvement approach to develop and enhance the services within the company
  • Work with the Operations team to continue the growth of the business
  • Report directly to the General Manager Operations

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role managing operations 
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field is desirable
  • Confident in decision making
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Experience managing financial objectives and budgets
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
