This position is a fast-paced and the ability to prioritise and make independent decisions while being adaptable to change is a must for this role. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor you will:

  • Accept and schedule client bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner;
  • Accurately enter bookings into our cloud-based software;
  • Rapidly respond to booking changes;
  • Scheduling of work crews including all plant, trucks and equipment;
  • Provide notification to all parties via our cloud-based software;
  • Effectively utilise our workforce to cover shift shortfalls while maintaining high quality supports to our clients
  • Be a key contact for our clients and employees; and
  • Liaise with Sales / Project Managers / Directors.

Skills, Experience and Attributes 

  • Scheduling/rostering experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • A “can do” attitude
  • Readily builds relationships with others
  • Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence, shows initiative and a strong ability to problem solve
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills

This position is Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (can be flexible on start time if required).
