Online operations support

Job Location: Melbourne Western Suburbs

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focussed person to join our small business, thriving in the wellness industry. We’re a predominantly online business with a high flow of online orders. We need someone with excellent attention to detail and great teamwork skills to support our online operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a friendly and supportive team and grow with our brand. There are opportunities to learn new skills and flourish in a growing business.

 

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Packing parcels (often fragile)
• Tracking shipments
• Checking orders
• Customer communication
• Liaising with customer service team
