Office Allrounder / Administrator
Job Location: Perth CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced administrator to join our team to help our growing business. We are looking for a full time administrator for an immediate start or happy to wait for the right one.
This is a new role with the successful applicant required to be able to work independently from time to time and also as part of a larger team. Must be Highly motivated and a self starter
Monday to Friday Role
The successful applicant must possess:
Positive attitude who can multitask and work towards KPI’s.
Computer literate with Microsoft products and proficient typing ability with attention to detail
Excellent levels of customer service and phone manner
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Reliable and highly organized
Preferred experience with MYOB, Prime and Ascora but this is not essential.
This role is a very busy roll which will require constant customer interactions-emails and phone calls, report writing, scheduling, invoicing and time sheet entries.
A background within a residential building trade industry or Contents / Carpet Cleaning Restoration knowledge would be highly regarded.
