With a great East Perth office, with river views, we are an office of 30 ranging from recruiters, administrators, and a corporate team. We are in need of a well organised Office All-Rounder to take over the day the day runnings of our busy office and occasional PA duties.

This is an entry-level position, with no real experience in the field required. We want to talk to you if:
- You love to organise, both people and things. We are a group of high energy recruiters and executive team that need someone to help us with the day-to-day
- Basic computer skills are essential and will be called upon often
- A passion for learning and GROWTH is essential, in fact, it is one of our values!
- Customer service experience is desirable, as you will be the face of the business and interact with clients and candidates
- You need confidence! You will be taking direction from a lot of big personalities, and we need you to give direction to those around you as well
About the role:
You can expect to be challenged, rewarded, and recognised for your hard work – all while having fun!
- Control and order stationery, including price checking and quotes to ensure we are always getting the best deal
- Occasional PA duties such as; collecting and returning mail, booking appointments, and diary management
- Organise all IT requests and ensure a smooth running of the office systems. Order all IT equipment ensuring the best price always
- Set up new workstations and ensure new starters are welcomed
- Greet guests and ensure the boardroom is always presentable
- General office presentation and organisation
- Order and collect coffees and lunch for executives
- Admin assistance across multiple departments as required such as; accounts data entry, set up new vendors, complete reference checks, HR admin or policy duties
- We would love someone with a flare to organise social functions and events
