As our Mobile Lending Manager, you will be committed to proactively identifying and retaining new and existing customers for Bankwest. By holding needs-based conversations and having a comprehensive knowledge of all Bankwest products and services you will be able to deliver efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments. As well as:

  • Help customers achieve their home finance goals tailored to their needs
  • Drive community engagement and build professional and customer relationships within the community
  • Generate own business development opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively retaining customers via outbound calling initiatives
  • Maintaining existing proprietary relationships

This role is a mobile role, as the successful applicant you must be driven and passionate about self-generating your leads and be able to demonstrate how you have maintained and continue to grow existing customer portfolios.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven experience and skill set in branch lending looking for the next step in their career
  • Strategic business development experience with proven experience in growing a portfolio
  • Prior experience identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
  • Sound knowledge of competitor products and services
  • Able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
  • Work well under pressure
