About the role:

We are looking for a Fullstack developer who can step up to be a technical lead for a new multi-platform initiative to compliment internal and external products.  This is a Greenfields project, where the successful candidate will be expected to provide design input and participate in key decision discussions around the development of the product end to end.

A strong java background is required, but excellent UI/UX skills will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position.

Although this role is Perth based, we encourage applicants from other Australian locations to also apply for this position.

Skills and Experience:

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years Fullstack Development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript UI, preferably with Vue.js (or able to demonstrate a similar level of understanding with other frameworks)
  • Experience with Backend Java
• Working SQL and database skills
• Able to produce high quality UI/UX designs

             

Desired Skills

• Familiar with Linux/Unix
• Tomcat
• Knowledge of Chart.js library
• Practical experience as a participant in an Agile/Scrum project management
• Experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence

Education

Preferred

• Bachelors or better in Computer Science
