Medical Receptionist/Administrator
Job Location: Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs

$35 – $39.99 per hour

Your role will include: attending to patients, general administration, attending to reception area, answering phone calls, booking appointments, receipting/billing, banking, reconciliation, Medicare batching, general daily cleaning, assisting doctors with day to day operation, ordering and stock control, providing service information to patients, participating in quality improvement and accreditation processes and assisting practice principal in activities as required
Essential Criteria:
- Must be flexible with days
- Must have previous medical receptionist experience
- Previous Best Practice or equivalent medical software experience
- Available to start on the 10th of January
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19
- Computer Literacy including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, scanning and EFTPOS facilities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work independently
- Enjoys being at the front line
- Well presented
- Dynamic and adaptable in any situation
- Happy to perform daily general cleaning: including sweeping, dusting, cleaning all surfaces
- Must be able to work as part of the team
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Flexibility with rosters required
- Must be Australian Citizen
Desirable Criteria:
- CPR Certificate
- Completion of certificate in medical administration or equivalent course
