TANK Bathhouse is a brand new luxury and highly boutique and exclusive day spa in Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast. Set on 40 beautiful acres it makes for a very relaxMing atmosphere both for guests and team members alike. We are looking for a manager and massage therapist to help us make this business a success with both locals and holiday makers. You will be looking after bookings and client check in, serving our delicious brunch and doing regular massage among other things. The position will start as wednesday to Saturday each week and will increase as our hours do. Bathhouses are growing in popularity and the Sunshine Coast (until now) has been deprived of a great bathhouse. TANK offers full emersion for clients, with a ‘long-stay’ style of service offering that sees every client floating on a cloud when they leave. We are building our very special team of therapists and other staff and we have a passion for not only attracting great people, but holding on to them and treating them as part of our little family. Qualifications & experience

• Experience working in a similar role
• Be able to demonstrate your body work at a short trial session, we only want AMAZING therapists that are use to getting amazing feedback.
• Hold appropriate qualifications to be able to perform massage services in Australia
• Beauty or other holistic knowledge / experience is a bonus
• Cafe experience a bonus
• Management experience valued highly
• Be kind and have a lovely persona that is perceived as genuinely wanting to help and support others.
• Be open to learning new things have a positive mentality that loves sharing and growing alongside others.
• Be well mannered and posses a natural ability to make others feel calm and relaxed.
• You must be comfortable working with all body types and be accepting of all kinds of people.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Therapeutic Massage
• Maintaining a Clean Table and Room
• Assisting in the Spa with other items as required
• Be available on call most times
• Have excellent presentation and have impeccable interpersonal sensitivity
