  • Salary Package: From $97,783 – $106,018 (HEW 7), plus 17% employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • Appointment Type: Full-time, fixed term until June 2023
  • Location: Macquarie University, North Ryde

The Role

Group Marketing are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Marketing Production Manager to join the Marketing Services team. This role will be the crucial backbone to our Group Marketing department, coordinating our internal creative team resourcing and third-party preferred supplier resourcing and relationships, while ensuring contractual requirements are met.

You will play a key role in supporting the project management and delivery of marketing projects and activities, big and small. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring consistent marketing practices and processes are maintained.

About You
You will manage and coordinate the Marketing Services team, as well as being a team player. You won’t be afraid of stepping into support the delivery of marketing activities. You will be highly organised and meticulous in your approach to work, with a continuous focus on process improvement.

You will have the ability to build and manage effective relationships across the University with a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders, where you will work in collaboration to achieve shared goals.

  • Degree in marketing, communication or related discipline, or equivalent related experience working in an account management capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team who are coordinating multiple fast paced projects.
  • Experience in project managing multiple marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Resource and Traffic management experience in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
