The Opportunity

There are few in-house opportunities in WA that will give you the scope and broad remit that we have here at HBF. Proud to be an organisation leading from the West, we have an opportunity for an all-rounder Marketer to join our Marketing team.

You will support the successful delivery of key member engagement and retention initiatives driven by Marketing and in partnership with other business divisions such as Health.

The Marketing Coordinator, Retention must ensure they understand market and customer insights, member profiles and product benefits. The role also includes budget management, stakeholder influencing, and implementation of best practice customer experience that transcends marketing alone.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the planning, review and implementation of data driven and insight led retention programs
  • Work closely with agency and fulfilment partners and engage with key internal stakeholders for approvals
  • Provide guidance and support to member communications, ensuring they are member focused and meet business needs
  • Actively participate in analysis and reporting on campaigns and programs
  • Coordinate and implement key projects which could be Marketing generated or business led

About You

The role requires a results-focused, collaborative marketer who can work across a broad portfolio at pace to deliver against retention objectives.

You will bring with you 3-5 years marketing experience working across a broad range marketing campaigns. Key skills necessary for success in this role will be your planning skills, your ability to work to tight time frames and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to manage internal stakeholders and agency partners effectively will also be highly regarded.
