Marketing Assistant

Built Easy is looking for a passionate, highly-organized and relationship-driven Marketing Assistant to help scale Built Easy’s brand as one of the leading land agents and project marketers in Brisbane. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Marketing campaigns for Brisbane based land, from single inner city lots to large 30 lot estates.  This role will encompass a wide range of marketing functions such as content creation, advertising campaigns, market research, and more.

Position:

• Assist Marketing Manager with projects and content marketing from beginning to end (researching land features and suburb characteristics, writing the blurb, organising drone shots and marketing images, creating email campaigns, facebook campaigns, realestate.com listings and scheduling social media content). 
• Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics across our marketing channels and sharing fortnightly reports with the team.   
• Responding to marketing queries via social media and distributing to our sales team.
• Assist with other design needs such as presentations, signage, and brochures as needed. 
• Administrative tasks associated with real estate contracts and operations

Person:

• Bachelors in Marketing (or related creative degree) or equivalent working experience is preferred
• Experience working within the real estate industry is desired
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is ideal
• Passionate about property development and property marketing, building and investments
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team, offering support to others when needed
• Thrive off delivering the best outcomes for the client and the company
• Well presented, proactive and a “can-do” attitude
