Soldier On is seeking a motivated and passionate professional to join our Marketing and Communications team responsible for the marketing and communication of Soldier On’s campaigns and activities. Working closely with all Soldier On Teams as well as external stakeholders, you will be key in developing and communicating stories and content, including pursing public relations and media opportunities and writing press releases and articles.
Reporting directly to the National Marketing and Communications Director, you will be play an important role in the development and execution of a broad range of marketing materials associated with promoting the Soldier On brand, and promotion of the Soldier On programs, campaigns and activities.
What we are looking for:
Ideally you would have a degree in Business or Marketing (or other relevant area) and experience in a similar role managing channels across the full social media spectrum requiring you to demonstrate your creative mind and analytical drive. A strong copywriter, you can provide samples of your exceptional writing skills.
We are looking for someone who has a proactive approach to work, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within deadlines. Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine commitment to the veteran community will see you succeed in this role.
