Customer service/Admin/Branding

Coco HealthCare designs and manufactures valui incontinence aids, a proud Australian brand, and nappies /diapers to childcare centers.  We are now supplying valui incontinence aids to a large number of aged care facilities, hospitals, pharmacies, mobility stores, as well as individuals living at their own homes.

Planning to further expand the business to childcare centers, we are now looking for one or two customer/Admin to join in the business.

You are expected to assist your principal in selling goods to prospective clients, aged care facilities in particular and to provide assistance including prior to and after sales. Examples of your tasks are outlined below:

  • Branding. Under the instruction of your supervisors, you will be performing and participating in marketing campaigns online and offline targeting at
    1. Aged care providers
    2. Resellers/Distributors
    3. SRS & Retirement villages
    4. NDIS participants and providers
    5. People living at their own homes
  • Customer services. Collaborating with other staff members, you will be performing the following tasks:
    1. Customer survey
    2. Facilitation on deliveries of our education programmes
    3. Collaboration of additional customer services in terms of clients accreditations
    4. Participation in processes of new and existing clients’ contracting & contract renewals
  • Admin. Under the instructions of your supervisors, you are expected to do the followings.
    1. Inbound and outbound calls
    2. Collaborating with other staff in terms of processing orders
    3. Assistance to sales teams in preparing documents for the prospect clients (quotations, product materials, cost analyses, and so forth)
    4. Performing other tasking whenever required
