About Your Role
This full-time permanent position reports into the Finance Manager – Reporting. This role sits within the high-performing Corporate business unit at Sydney Olympic Park.

Focus on optimisation of the economic performance of Country Business Unit through the planning and validation of budgets, monitoring of business activity, implementation of appropriate monitoring tools and proposal of corrective measures.

Monitor optimum use of resources (technical, industrial, financial, human etc)

Prepare and validate all economic and accounting information for assigned business Standalone Entities (SAEs) including cost centres and anticipates the necessary cost control actions with the objective of reduced costing.

Establish financial control rules and ensure they are correctly applied
How About You?

To succeed at this job, you must have: CPA or CA qualified or studying towards, with 2-5 years’ work experience

You will need to be well-versed in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Powerpoint Presentation.

Strong analytical, business partnering skills in having confidential and able to make key business decisions as well as strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Ability and willingness to work in fast paced and dynamic environment and work under tight timelines
