Learning and Development Advisor

A great role just in for a Learning and Development Advisor who will provide support to the Operations Manager for your designated Business Unit. In this role you will be required to partner with managers and the Development team to understand their learning needs and enabling the delivery of targeted and engaging training and associated materials.

The role includes but is not limited to;

  • Develop and implement a long term training road map
  • Facilitate all training requirements across the division; classroom style as well as one-on-one and remotely including follow up evaluations
  • Identify performance problem areas and play an active role in recommending and implementing improvements
  • Prepare training manual deliverables
  • Provides support for managers on coaching strategies

A few must haves;

  • Qualification in a relevant discipline – Certificate IV Training & Assessment
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, including developing learning and development programs including facilitating training across the business
  • Experience across traditional and modern training methods eg, on-the-job coaching, e-learning, workshops etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top notch stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business
