Leadership Facilitator/Coach/Account Manager

Due to growth and expansion, we are looking for a senior facilitator to work with our National clients in developing their people and building their businesses. The successful candidate must be a confident, engaging facilitator, who has experience both in front of a live audience, and through virtual delivery, to all levels of leadership.
You will also be an experienced coach and will work closely with our clients through the coaching process and have a solid understanding of current leadership trends and practices.
You must be able to work with a close-knit team of Educators and Coaches across Australia, while at the same time work autonomously to meet the ever-changing needs of the marketplace.
Looking after our clients is paramount at Proteus and so we don’t just want a trainer. We are looking for a passionate person who understands how and why professional development can make a difference in the lives of individuals and businesses and is prepared to assist in growing the business through dedicated account management.

A salary between $100K – $130K plus super, will be negotiated with the right person.
