The Wolves Den tattoo is on the hunt for another talented individual to join our team in a hybrid role with a mix of customer lovin’ and sales as well as laser technician and body piercer, to join us in becoming a part of our wolf-pack on a full-time basis. 

The Wolves Den is a well-established, exciting, and fast-paced tattoo & laser tattoo removal company located in Melbourne’s southeast.

We’re looking for a fantastic talented member to join our fun, energetic and committed team in Pakenham to join our team and assist with daily operations and be direct support for our studio.

Laser Tattoo Removal and Body Piercing training not required. We train you.

Have administration experience (preferred not mandatory)

The core Responsibilities & Outcomes for this role include:

Joining our office team and providing direct administrative support to the store manager

Sales and appointment management

Contribute to the ‘Continuous Improvement’ philosophy of the business

Assisting with day to day logistics of the business

Engaging and responding with all customers inquiries

Satisfactory understanding of a retail environment

General office duties – filing, database management, collating documentation as required

Consulting with customers and assisting with their tattoo ideas (both online and in-person) and assisting the tattoo artists with sales and processing of bookings

Liaising with our talented team of artists to ensure jobs are well prepared/organized 

Laser Tattoo Removal and Body Piercing

Other activities that serve the team and business as required
