What you’ll do:
You will work closely with our Operations team and liaise regularly with our suppliers across supply chain administration, inventory tracking, stock reordering, packaging development and supply chain reporting. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing a fantastic product and an outstanding customer experience. While no two days at Vitable are the same, your role will involve:
- Inventory administration: maintain accurate inventory records for all products, including daily checks and updates
- Inventory tracking: track inventory levels and use internal tools to forecast inventory requirements for reordering
- Stock ordering: prepare orders for approval, place orders with suppliers and maintain accurate records for all incoming inventory
- Supplier liaison: liaise with suppliers daily/weekly as required to receive updates, monitor order progress and resolve supply delays
- Packaging: assist the operations teams with ongoing packaging projects, processing orders, working with packaging suppliers and enhancing the artwork and sustainability of our packaging
- Assisting with projects: participate in project delivery by collating information, updating project management tools, conducting research, documenting progress and updating relevant stakeholders
- Quality and compliance audits: use frameworks to review product and operational data to ensure operational quality and compliance with company/legislative requirements
- Ad hoc tasks: support the operations team as required, helping to identify, develop and optimise new and improved ways of better serving our customers and improving our efficiency
Who you are:
- You have qualifications, or demonstrable experience in a business or health science discipline
- You are extremely organised and detail oriented
- You are a confident communicator who can form strong working relationships with suppliers
- You love change and believe there’s always a better way to do things
- You’re adaptable and prepared to work in a fun but high pressure environment
- You have an interest in healthcare, ecommerce or the start-up scene
What makes you stand out:
One or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Experience in the Health / Vitamin and Supplement industries or with theTherapeutic Goods Administration
- Experience with inventory and/or procurement
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
