Christine Rodrigues from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit a junior office administrator/receptionist for an electrical contractor based in Brisbane, working closely with the management team you will be doing reception and office administration duties, salary negotiated based on experience, this is a full-time position starting ASAP.
 
Responsibilities include: 

  • Office administration and reception duties
  • Answering phones, customer service and inquiries
  • Working closely with the management team
  • Providing support and organisational skills to the team
  • Assisting with management of social media platforms
  • Implementation of office processes, policies and procedures 

The successful applicants will have: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role (electrical ideally)
  • Experience using simPRO (ideally)
  • Proficient in using microsoft office suite
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong sense of self-motivation and urgency
  • A professional attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Well presented with a friendly and personable demeanour
