An exciting opportunity exists for a Job Coordinator to join our team. This is a FULL TIME position Monday to Friday . Gainsite Pty Ltd it a plumbing, gasfitting, roofing & flat pack kitchen company with a team of 20 staff.

Job tasks and responsibilities

In this Challenging and high pressure position, your main roles will be to raise, coordinate, prioritize and schedule jobs. Other tasks may include quotations and contracts, purchasing, rostering, advertising and general office/administrative duties as well as customer service.

Skills and experience

Although administrative experience is preferred, it is not essential. To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate:

– Strong customer focus, professionalism and attention to detail

– A positive attitude with ability to work independently and efficiently

– Ability to work under high pressure with a matter of urgency

– Be able to make decisions and prioritise workload

– Willingness and ability to learn quickly

– Excellent time management and organisation skills

– Good typing skills and the ability to multitask is essential

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– A clear and concise phone manner

– Able to work well within a diverse team comprising of office staff and  tradesmen
