We are currently seeking an experienced Broker Assistant to join our team on a part-time temp basis with the possibility of the role turning into permanent part-time.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support Senior Account Executive with portfolio management of Retail and SME clients
  • Processing renewals of polices for Car, Motor, Strata, Business Packs and Workers Compensation
  • Processing and transacting all insurance related paperwork
  • Reporting to and taking direction from Senior Account Executive 


 What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Account Executive/Broker Assistant
  • Organised and ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently
  • Be able to process quickly and accurately
  • Uphold the Insurance Compliance Processes
  • High level of Computer Literacy
  • WinBeat experience
  • Experience in SVU and Officetech will be an advantage


Time Commitment :

We are looking for 15-20 hours per week, with set days and work hours. 

This role would be perfect if you are looking to fit a work schedule into school pick-up/drop off times.
