We know our customers’ needs are changing. With more people ordering online than ever, our call centres are playing a vital role in ensuring our customers have what they want, when they need it.  

That’s why we’re looking for fixed term, part time Customer Service Consultants until January 2022. Roles are based in our Melbourne Head Office. Start dates are available throughout Sep, Oct and Nov. Salary increases after 3 months. Part time hours are 22.5hrs per week and are two week days and a Saturday.

What you’ll be doing on a daily basis 

  • Answering customers’ calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels 

  • Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers 

  • Helping our customers with a range of different enquiries from calculating postage rates to helping book passport appointments 

What we’re looking for  

You’ll be ensuring our customers are satisfied, by harnessing your relentlessly empathetic attitude, with your unique ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, the first time. 

You’re also: 

  • Pretty unflappable and your resilience allows you to move from one customer to the next, to the next… 

  • A true professional, because if you’re punctual, reliable and support your fellow team members, you’ll thrive here 

  • Tech savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously
