Duties Include:
- Acting as the key point of contact managing inbound calls and emails from existing members
- Handle general enquires including policy details and amendments
- Provide an exceptional member experience with each and every call
- Have consultative conversations providing them with accurate and timely information on products and services
- Work towards weekly KPI’s and maintain an updated database
Skills & attributes required:
- Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is a highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated inbound customer service experience
- Ability to have consultative conversations and build strong relationships
- Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems at once
- Effective questioning & active listening skills are essential
- A can-do positive attitude and a strong customer focus is key!
This is a full-time Monday – Friday role working on a rotating roster between 8am – 8pm.
